Aunty Pam, a respected Yorta Yorta Elder from Victoria, is known for her vibrant spirit, effervescent personality, and steadfast commitment to social justice through her role in the Koorie Court system. Her life’s work embodies a deep dedication to equality, empowerment, and service, while championing health and well-being among Aboriginal communities, earning her admiration across Victoria and beyond. My aim with this portrait was to convey a sense of hope, promise, and unwavering determination from a true leader of our age. I thank Aunty Pam for the permission to immortalise her image on linen.
