An Ordinary Gesture

Too many cases of unfamiliar faces encroach on my very existence. The confusion sets in, the veil drawn too thin, I can offer little resistance. Am I drowning or waving on this floodwater paving, is my mind coming asunder. If this is the end and I’m going round the bend then please just let me go under.
